Quoting from websites can be dangerous, as pages change and move, and
sites disappear. Some sites provide 'permalinks' to mitigate these issues,
but it's a not fail-safe method. For academic work, some institutions
insist that hard copies of cited pages are provided in an appendix. Below
are links to electronic versions of appendices for recent and forthcoming
works which include web references.
